VIsual Diaries have very many different uses and they are a wonderful way to document your travels, be a source of inspiration for your own artwork, tell a story, document your thoughts or just be mindful creatively.

Inspiration for your art journal can come from drawings, journaling your thoughts, clips from magazines, or mementos like pressed flowers or various things you might pick up on your travels.
