In this class you will learn how to create a piece of draped material using the five main folds that you will need to know how to draw.
You will learn how to successfully put the pastel where you want it to be.
You will learn how to create a beautiful soft velvet look by using different smudging techniques.
You will learn the basics of shading required to make your pastel drawing appear three dimensional.

Sue Schreiber from Sue Creates Art has been teaching for over 35 years and will be sharing her love of working with Chalk Pastels, especially when drawing fabrics and the wonderful way they flow and fold.

What you will need:
- Soft chalk pastels such as Rembrandt or Schminke
- a minimum of three colours and a black and a white
- soft pastel paper - coloured or white
- kneadable rubber
