Chalk Pastels are a great medium to use both for beginners and advanced artists. They are incredibly useful for someone learning to master basic artistic concepts and also a wonderful introduction to colour!

How to successfully draw still life in Pastel
How to create pastel masterpieces from visual references
The context of how colours are used
All about the temperature of colours
All about the color wheel
How to sketch in colour

Sue Schreiber from Sue Creates Art has been teaching for over 35 years and is now back in Cairns at Oxlades, sharing some of her knowledge of Chalk Pastel and color theory in these classes - a must for anyone that wants to have control over chalk pastels and the use of colour.
SUPPLIES NEEDED:
All supplies needed are ready for you to purchase from Oxlades. You will need a basic range of pastels, a kneadable rubber and some pastel paper.
PRICE - $330 pp (inc GST)
This includes 10 x 3 hour classes. It does not include your art materials and supplies.
