Shipping and other important information

COVID - 19 Delays in Shipping is possible and totally out of our control so please be patient!

Please note that we are receiving alerts from mail carriers that delivery services may encounter delays due to Covid-19. Please allow for additional delivery time.

Here at SHS Boutique quality is of the utmost importance.  As is ethically sourced products in todays economic climate. 

Even as the product range is growing, these things are forefront in the selection of new manufacturer's of our designs.  This means that they are produced at different places and will arrive to you from a from various countries, and in various timeframes.

So Please read the following information in regards to the different items.

Estimated turn around time for Leggings

Good things take time so please be patient as all products are made to order. SHS has sourced the best possible manufacturer for our products to ensure a high quality of end product. SHS leggings are currently being produced in Canada. The manufacturer we use mills the fabric, prints the products, and sews them. They pay a living wage to workers and are closed on weekends and bank holidays.  At present the approximation for the estimated turnaround time for SHS leggings to be manufactured is 10-20 days. All production and shipping times are in business days and do not include days that we are closed for public and international holidays.

Shipping

Shipping costs are worked out on an individual basis and cost varies from $5 upwards.

Shipping for Leggings

Please note that our leggings supplier ships from both Canada and the USA. This means that for most drop ship orders shipping to Canada and the USA will never encounter duties or customs fees. As long as your order is below $800.00 value, there will never be any surprises with customs fees. For orders over $800.00 shipping in the USA, depending on the shipping method, there may be customs fees, especially with express shipments that ship with a courier.

USA

Orders to US customers generally take 2-6 business days once shipped within the USA.

Currently, US and international orders are shipped on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays from within the USA.

All orders shipped within the US will have a tracking number that can be tracked with USPS.

Canada

Orders for Canadian customers normally ship within 2-8 business days of the order is placed. Shipping to Eastern Provinces takes about 3-4 business days and shipping to Western provinces can take 4-7 business days.

International

International orders generally take 10-15 business days but may be delayed by the customs of your country

International or wholesale orders may be subject to customs fees or duties of your country.


International orders will not have a tracking number due to the fact that they are untraceable once they leave the USA.

Things to know

Because each item is made to order (no ‘off the rack’ here), we can’t make changes or cancellations to orders that have been finalized so please ensure you have entered the correct information and have followed our sizing guides.

Once your order has been shipped, it is in the care of the courier and / or postal service. We are not liable for any errors made by these services, but we are always happy to do everything in our power to work with you and the postal system to correct orders.

Once you have received your parcel, please open it with care. We cannot be liable for any items damaged during the opening of your parcel.

Returns - For the leggings, returns are currently processed through our supplier, using the shipping address that they provide on your package. Please contact us if you want to make a return so that we can assist the process.

Refund Policy 

Items Damaged or Poor Quality

If an item is damaged or is shipped with a poor-quality print, you must send us a photograph of the poor-quality print or damaged area so that we can assist the process.

Items in used condition are not eligible for refunds or exchanges. New and unused items that have been sucessfully received by customers within 30 days are eligible for returns or exchanges. Once 30 days have elapsed from the receipt of goods, refunds and exchanges will no longer be accepted.
