Weekly Tangling Classes at Brinsmead

Join me at Brinsmead for a relaxing, creative escape each week! My classes are designed for anyone who wants to explore art in a supportive, friendly environment — whether you’re a complete beginner or just looking for some mindful creative time.

In our sessions, we focus on Tangling, a form of creative meditation that uses simple, repetitive patterns to calm the mind, reduce stress, and spark creativity. You don’t need any drawing experience — just bring yourself, a pen, and an open mind.

Classes are small and personal, giving you plenty of guidance and space to enjoy the process at your own pace. Many participants find the classes especially helpful for anxiety, stress, chronic pain, or simply taking a mindful break from daily life.
